Booking & Payment Condition: For bookings made we require a one nights deposit of the quote within 14 days to secure the booking, 30 days prior to your stay we require full payment of the accommodation plus the meal plan.
Amendment Fee: A fee of $F25.00 per person will be charged should you amend a confirmed booking.
Cancellation on Confirmed Bookings:
1. 30 Days loss of deposit
2. 15 – 31 Days 25% off the total quote
3. 15 – 07 Days 50% off total quote
4. 07 – Nil – 100% off total quote
5. No show: 100% cancellation fee
6. Once checked in and the guest requires to leave early on their own accord there will be no refund for any unused nights & meals.
Refunds: If Otto & Fanny’s place is to be closed at short notice, a refund or an alternative date will be offered less a documentation fee of $F50.00 .00
Insurance: Is highly recommended that guest should arrange their own insurance (travel & medical).In a case of an emergency, to arrange an evacuation from the island to mainland can be expensive, evacuation from the island is possible by Speedboat, helicopter, or seaplane at the sole cost of the guest. Otto & Fanny’s will be available to assist in anyway but will not bear any cost.
Transfers: All arrival & departure times for transfers from port to & from the island are provided as a guide only.
Not Included: Transfers to Otto & Fanny’s Place and return to mainland from Otto & Fanny’s place.
